Payment Terms
To secure travel arrangements, accommodations, and group attraction tickets in advance, full payment of THB45,000 should be made by 9th September (end of day).
We will finalize “Go” or “No Go” on 9th September 2026:
If the event is a “Go”, we will proceed to immediately book flight tickets to secure seats
If the event is a “No Go”, all participants who have paid will be given a Full Refund.
Payments can be made via bank transfer to: SCB 8462547604 (Mr. Derrick Hiang Yaol Lim).
Cancellation & Refund Terms
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Natureverse Thailand via email. Refund amounts are calculated based on the date written notice is received:
More than 40 days (Sept 9th 2026) prior to departure: Full refund
39 to 31 days prior to departure (10th Sept - 18th Sept 2026):
Full refund of the total trip cost minus 50% administrative fee & booking fees.
Fewer than 31 days (Sept 19th 2026) prior to departure / No-Show:
Non-refundable (0% refund), as all venue tickets, transport, courses, and lodging will have been non-refundably locked in.
C. Unforeseen Events & Disruptions (Force Majeure)
Trip Cancellation by Natureverse: If Natureverse Thailand cancels the trip due to unforeseen severe weather, natural disasters, political instability, or airline cancellations, participants will receive a full refund minus unrecoverable third-party costs and a 10% administrative fee.
Participant Illness / Medical Cancellation: If a child cannot join due to sudden injury or illness prior to departure, a certified medical doctor's note must be provided. Natureverse Thailand will assist parents with documentation to claim reimbursement through their travel insurance policy.
What do I need to prepare for this tour?
Please prepare:
Passport valid for more than 6 months beyond travel date
Consent letter from district office giving permission for child to travel out of country without parents

What is this Singapore English Edutour & How much does it cost?
The Singapore Edutour serves two main purposes, to provide an opportunity for students to immerse in a world class English speaking environment, and obtain top level STEM learning. In addition, cultural exchange and international friendships can be forged during this edutour.
The cost for thie amazing edutour experience is only THB45,000 and the price includes:
All entrance ticket to venues
Local transport
Accomodation (YMCA or equivalent 3-star hotel)
All meals
Air ticket
Travel insurance
Singapore English Edutour มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักสองประการ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้ดื่มด่ำในสภาพแวดล้อมที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษระดับโลก และรับการเรียนรู้ STEM ระดับสูง นอกจากนี้ การแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมและมิตรภาพระหว่างประเทศสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ในระหว่างการศึกษาครั้งนี้

There will be 3 teachers accompanying the trip, plus 3 more teachers in Singapore. 2 teachers will be from the Natureverse Thailand team.
